POS, e-commerce transactions hit QR14.667bn in Dec 2025

Doha, Qatar: The point of sale and e-commerce transactions in Qatar witnessed impressive growth in December last year. The total value of transactions registered in Qatar through point of sale (POS) terminals and e-commerce platforms saw a surge of around 7.4 percent in December 2025 compared to same month in 2024 reaching QR14.667bn, according to the latest card payment statistics.
